- 4,320 minutes (72 hours) of meetings a month
- Up to 20 people with camera and microphone
- Overlay for sign-language interpreters, live captions and caption translation included
Live captions, real-time caption translation and floating overlays for sign-language interpreters, easy to activate and control for each participant.
Total user control without hosts required to run accessibility for others. Each participant has full control on their settings.
Interpreters float above the content with their background totally adjustable, at whatever size and position each viewer chooses — never squeezed into a grid tile.
Speech is transcribed as it happens and attributed to the speaker. Each participant can read in a different language from the one being spoken. When two languages are spoken in the same meeting, captioning keeps working seamlessly.
A meeting can carry multiple interpreters at once, and each viewer turns individual sign languages on or off for themselves. Acceasy Meet is not limited to a list of sign languages: whoever interprets in your meeting appears in the overlay, in whichever sign language they use.
Interpreters hand over turns among themselves, and each participant controls what they see and their own caption settings, so the host never has to manage accessibility for anyone. An automatic setup tool gives every interpreter a clean image from their own camera, with intuitive controls to fine-tune it.

Help centreAll of them. Acceasy Meet shows a human interpreter in a floating, background-free overlay and does not process or restrict the language being signed. It works with American Sign Language, British Sign Language, Colombian Sign Language, LIBRAS, International Sign or any other national or regional sign language, with the interpreters you already work with. If you also need interpreters, ask us.
Yes. A meeting can carry several interpreters at the same time, for example one in a national sign language and one in International Sign. Each participant chooses which of them to show, and at what size and position.
No. Every participant controls their own experience: the interpreter overlay, its size and position, live captions and the language the captions are translated into. Nothing depends on the host.
No. Acceasy Meet runs in a modern web browser; participants join with a link or a code. There is no app to download.
